Mid Autumn Family Gathering.
Went back to msia for family gathering with all the aunts. To my smallest aunt hse which was super humongous!! Had fun listening to their coversations and playing with the kids. =))
With my pretty cousins.
And the lovely nephews and niece. =))
Aunt prepared spaghetti, tom yam steamboat and roasted duck. Food was really yummy! Esp the tomyum soup prepared by aunt personally. I dun really like tomyum, but hers is really FAB!!!! the best i've ever drank so far.
The sisters. Short of 1, cause the other is in Sabah.
Den it was mooncake and tea appreciation session. We wanted to do it outdoors on the stone tables, but weather was really bad that day. Rained for the whole day. =(( So we had to do it indoors. But it was fun still. The mooncake was FAB too!!! Aunt has really gd lobangs for food.
And carrying lanterns ard the yard! We werent too keen cause it seems to be drizzling, but the kids were super excited bout it. So we brought them out and amazingly, the rain stopped after a while! Kids had fun, and me too! =))

Was having a conversation with senior regarding one of our patient's (whom is a staff, and we believe she's a sister) attitude.
Senior: she think she sister den 大粒.. Rae: yea lor.. haha.. but i think brother more 大粒 ~~ (making a joke out of sister and brother) Senior: y brother 大粒? sister den 大粒.. brother only 两小粒, but sister got 两大粒!!!
HAHAHA. this sent me laughing non-stop with joanne even after senior left the lab. 4:14 PM // waiting, patiently, in love with you
Went for mass health screening today, FOC for staffs.
The very first stop was to measure height and weight to get BMI, and also the waist to hip ratio. I WAS REALLY HAPPY when the person said: very good! nice weight and nice ratio. slim la! no worries.
Den i moved on to take my bp, everything was normal.. until i came to take blood for cholesterol and blood glucose check. When the person was trying to take my blood.. she was unable to find my vein, so she had to poke in and out.. Den she suddenly blurted out this sentence: i think its a bit pain ya? i cant find ur veins, too much fats cover ur veins alr.. so i have to push the needle a lil in. bear with me..
SHE SAID TOO MUCH FATS! -.- thats kinda depressing.
One said im slim and healthy, the other said fats all over. =((
Thought for the day: 一场欢喜一场空... 11:28 AM // waiting, patiently, in love with you Jwen's 21st Birthday!
Met up with bimbo on the exact day. A simple dinner at Ichiban. Wanted to get her a cake, but she rejected. =((
To her bday party on sat. Went to cwp and had all the balloons filled with helium. She was damn blur, cause she tot she only had 20 balloons in the pack. Only wanted 16 to be filled, so we took out 4 and gave the rest to the shop. But there were actually 40 ballons in the pack!! So we went back, got a shock when we saw soo many many balloons. To our horror, it was 36 ballons.. not 16! -.- And guess wad.. we held the balloons in our hands and walked ard cwp. EVERYONE WAS LOOKING AT US! damn paiseh!!!!
Helped to decorate the hse and guests finally came in ard 7pm. =) It was an enjoyable night with the peeps! And finally, shiwei came at the right time to take the most important shots for the night. =))

Went with ash, lei and peiyi. Then, got to know alot of other ppl and had like loads of drinks tho i kept telling myself im not gonna drink cause im on call. Anyways, i spent nil dollars on drinks that night. =pp thanks for the drinks. Enjoyed myself loads even tho most of the music is totally out of my league. Guess the crowd makes it all fun! =))

Am back frm Malacca, from grandpa's funeral.
The moment i got back to malacca, i was bombarded with questions. because.. 2 weeks back when everyone left grandpa's place, i was the only one who cried terribly when saeing goodbye to grandpa, saying that i'll visit him again in a few days.
For 21 years, i have never cried when i leave my grandparents place. But my elder sis cry every single time, and smtimes i do see cousins shed a lil tears too. But, i have never cried. This time round, i, myself seriously dont even know why i cried so terribly.
So, everyone was thinking i kind of had a premonition that smth is going to happen? But i didnt. And i couldnt explain why i cried either. Maybe, i do have sensitive sixth sense.
Hm, grandpa is now in a better place. Free from all his pains and sufferings. Although all of us cant bear to part with him, but knowing that he has gone off peacefully did make us all feel better.
Grandpa went off alone, in his room. The day when everyone went back, he almost couldnt make it. But he still made it through, and told us he is fine. Maybe he just doesnt want us to worry, and doesnt want us to see him off.
R.I.P Grandpa.
